Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted where:

  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product arrives damaged or defective
  • Product significantly differs from description
  • Item is incomplete upon delivery

Return Window

  • Fashion, electronics, beauty, and household items: within 3 days after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for return:

  • Perishable items
  • Used products
  • Opened personal care items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged after delivery by the buyer
  • Certain supplier-fulfilled items depending on vendor policy

Supplier-Fulfilled Products

Some products listed on TradeVista may be fulfilled by external suppliers or partner vendors. Return eligibility may vary depending on:

  • Product category
  • Supplier conditions
  • Product condition after delivery

TradeVista will work with buyers and vendors to ensure fair dispute resolution where possible.

Return Process

  1. Contact TradeVista support with your order details
  2. Provide photos/videos where applicable
  3. Our team will review the complaint
  4. Approved requests may qualify for:
    • Replacement
    • Store credit
    • Partial or full refund

TradeVista reserves the right to reject suspicious or abusive claims.
