Vendors are responsible for:

TradeVista reserves the right to remove listings or suspend vendors that fail to meet marketplace standards.

4. Verified Vendor Badge

TradeVista operates a vendor verification system to improve marketplace trust and safety.

Vendors who successfully complete TradeVista’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process may receive a “Verified Vendor” badge.

Verification may include:

• Government-issued ID
• Phone number verification
• Bank account verification
• Business verification where applicable

The badge confirms that the vendor completed verification requirements at the time of approval. However, TradeVista does not guarantee future conduct, delivery performance, or product quality.

TradeVista reserves the right to revoke verification status where necessary.

5. Orders & Payments

• Orders placed on TradeVista are subject to product availability and vendor confirmation.
• Payments must be made through approved TradeVista payment channels.
• Vendors are not permitted to request off-platform payments.
• Prices and promotions may change without prior notice.

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

• Vendor location
• Product availability
• Supplier fulfilment timelines
• Logistics operations
• Interstate or international shipping conditions

Estimated delivery timelines are guidelines and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside TradeVista’s control.

7. Returns & Disputes

TradeVista may assist in resolving disputes between buyers and vendors where necessary.

Customers must report issues within the stated return window and provide evidence where applicable.

TradeVista reserves the right to investigate disputes before approving refunds, replacements, or store credits.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors must not:

• Engage in fraud or scams
• Sell counterfeit or prohibited products
• Upload misleading product information
• Use offensive or abusive language
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All TradeVista branding, logos, website content, graphics, and designs remain the property of TradeVista unless otherwise stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

TradeVista operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and vendors.

While we work to maintain marketplace quality and safety, TradeVista is not directly responsible for:

• Vendor misconduct
• Product misuse
• Supplier delays
• Third-party logistics failures
• Indirect losses resulting from transactions on the platform
